No matter where you are starting from, Yoga classes may be the answer.  A regular yoga practice helps to calm a busy mind, and relax a tense body.

Reconnect your body and mind

For me the most beneficial aspect of yoga is reconnecting our body and mind. In our frantic pace of life we often loose touch with the signs and signals our body is giving us day to day. We ignore the headaches and the stiff muscles trying to treat the symptom instead of the cause. For me yoga is the key to finding the balance, hopefully releasing stress and tension before they become a cronic problem.
